THE CHILDREN'S REVOLUTION AND A NEW YOUTH MOVEMENT...

“Come together, join the Movement, take a stand for human rights” - John Lennon.
The idea for a Children's Revolution in Britain started with the Children of the Eco Warriors kids' bloc who decided they wanted to organise their own marches and blockades at environmental protests.

University students joined in with the kids' march at the Heathrow Camp for Climate Action in August 2007 which was led by the children themselves carrying their banner “The Kids Are Revolting!”
Since then plans for a new youth movement to overthrow the British government in a peaceful Revolution starting in the threatened villages of Sipson Harmondsworth and Harlington near Heathrow Airport have been taking shape.

To support the local residents in their resistance to the planned third runway environmental activists are planning to help transform the local area into a futuristic high tech eco-village based on sustainability and local democracy.
It is being suggested that the local people should declare their independence from the British government just like the story in the satirical English comedy film “Passport to Pimlico”.

The local residents could start the first Earth Party and organise their own Revolutionary Council and the three threatened villages could be renamed “Extinction!” as a reminder of the United Nations scientists' warnings about the dangers of global warming and climate change.
Local people could raise their own flag, make their own passports, print their own stamps, plant millions of trees in their own rain forest, use permaculture and generate their own electricity using renewable technologies like solar power and wind turbines.
There could be a local Peoples' Bank with its own local currency and local farms producing food for the local area.

The villagers could stop burning fossil fuels and convert all their internal combustion engined vehicles to using hydrogen produced from water by hydrolysis and recycled chip fat instead of diesel fuel.
An Earth Fair Consumer Revolt could start in the villages as the local people share all their unwanted second hand goods with each other and stop buying new goods from the high street shops and stores.
Local children and students could make their own reality TV show entitled “Can You Save the Human Race?” and the whole project could set an example to all local areas everywhere of how to ensure the survival of future generations.

This could be the beginning of an entirely new political and economic system of localisation, environmentalism, and environmental economics for local people to take control of their own local affairs in their own local areas.
The next step in these plans to reverse the catastrophic effects of global warming which is driving the human race to extinction is to find suitable sites in or close to the threatened Heathrow villages for the Eco Warriors to work their magic together with the local people and the emerging new youth movement.

Please get involved and stay in touch...
